Sign-up Sheet Instructions:

Instructions for event planer:

If you are planning an event and you wish to have an on-line sign up sheet please do the following:

  1. Send an emal to the webmaster with the following information:
    • Name of event
    • Your name and phone number
    • Date and time
    • Number of people needed for each category
    • Type of help needed i.e. Bartenders , setup , servers , clean-up
    • If there are different times needed for different personnel explain.
    • Date you want the sign-up sheet to go on-line

That's all you need to do. I will set up a sign-up sheet and send out a broadcast email to the club. After that you can send out reminders to the club about signing up etc.

Instructions for club members signing up for an event:

If you are signing up for an event it's really easy. Go to the home page and look for the "Sign-up Sheet" links located on the right hand side of the page. Click on the event you are interested in.

Follow the instructions on the sign-up page. You can either (1) sign-up for the event or (2) view who has already signed up for the event. Some events you are just signing up to attend and others you are signing up to help out, such as the crab-feed or 4th of July.

If you sign up for an event and then have to cancel please notify the event planner.
